Rose Kirby serves as a dedicated Director on the board of the Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative (MVAC), contributing to the leadership and governance of programs designed to support Indigenous welfare in the Robinvale district.


Her extensive community involvement includes her work with the Robinvale/Euston Suicide Prevention Network, where she provides key insights on community engagement, and her role as an MVAC representative for the Robinvale P-12 Consolidated Group, ensuring person-centered principles drive local services. Additionally, as a longstanding member of the Mallee Catchment Management Authority Reference Group, Rose offers valuable input on regional initiatives.


Rose holds a Diploma of Community Development from Swinburne University and has furthered her governance expertise through the Graduate Company Director Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, underscoring her commitment to building stronger communities.
