On the 23rd July and 22nd November 2025, we held special events dedicated to our community. These meetings gave our community an opportunity to ask questions, have a say and help shape the future by contributing to the MVAC Master Plan.

Does MVAC provide Cultural Awareness Training to staff?
Yes. Cultural Awareness Training begins during the induction process for all new employees and is delivered annually to all staff members.
How are Community Meeting notices shared with members and the community?
Community Meeting notices are distributed through multiple channels, including hand delivery, Facebook posts, newsletters, the MVAC website, and weekly community gatherings.
Has MVAC received funding for a new kitchen in the Community Hall?
No. MVAC has not received funding for a new kitchen in the Community Hall, and no funding application has been submitted for this purpose.
Where can I view the MVAC membership list?
The MVAC membership list is available for viewing in the foyer of the Administration Building. The Board is responsible for maintaining this list.
What is MVAC's status as a housing provider?
MVAC officially became a registered housing provider in Victoria on 30 June 2025.
How many housing properties does MVAC own and manage?
MVAC owns 39 properties and manages an additional 2 Supported Accommodation Assistance Program (SAAP) properties.
