Leon Johnson serves as the Treasurer and a Director on the board of the Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative (MVAC), where he provides leadership and financial oversight to advance Indigenous welfare programs in the Robinvale district.

A passionate community advocate, Leon is the President of the Robinvale Basketball Association, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for sport while ensuring compliance with child safety guidelines. His dedication extends to roles with the Manatunga Sporting Club and the Robinvale Clontarf Program, where he supports youth development and cultural education.

Leon’s long-standing commitment to education and cultural advocacy is evident through his involvement with the Robinvale College NAIDOC Committee, promoting understanding and opportunities for Aboriginal students. His leadership and community engagement reflect a strong dedication to empowering future generations.
