The Youth Group had a Cultural Camp in Cairns from September 20th-23rd, 2025 for youth aged 13-17. This unforgettable adventure included exploring cultural activities like a Kuku Yalanji Tour, the Ngadiku Dreamtime Gorge Walk, the Kuranda Scenic Railway, the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience and an Army Duck tour.

On Saturday 15th November, the community came together at the Euston Club for the MVAC NAIDOC Ball 2025, and it was truely a night to remember. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC Week, we embraced this year's powerful theme. The room was filled with pride as we honoured our culture, our history, and the future leaders who will carry our legacy forward. In honour of Father's Day, we celebrated the special people in the children’s life that love and care for them over barbecue lunch on 05 September 2025.
MVAC officially became a Registered Housing Provider on June 30, 2025. This significant milestone empowers the organisation to directly address the critical need for safe, secure, and affordable housing across the region.
