Cancer Support Officer – Community-Based Care with Heart
Make a real impact in your community with MVAC in Robinvale. We’re seeking a compassionate and culturally connected Cancer Support Officer to provide hands-on, practical support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members navigating the cancer journey.
In this role, you’ll coordinate appointments, attend treatments, support access to essential services, and act as a bridge between clients, families, health professionals, and support systems. You’ll be part of a national effort to improve cancer outcomes for First Nations communities, while receiving full training and ongoing support. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
